The Liminal daily check-in is an identifier. By utilising the check-in, individuals can begin monitoring the day-to-day trends of their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. They are encouraged to reflect on how it is they are feeling and notice the contributing factors that are making them feel a certain way. After acknowledging their wellbeing, individuals can lean on the resources within the app to suit their daily needs and reach their full potential.
